Have you ever had an eyeshadow that you absolutely love and you just can't seem to find that exact color in a liner?! Well here is a quick tip that will easily and quickly let you turn your favorite shadows into liquid liners.
Step 1: Add a few eye drops (Visine) to a eye shadow. (The reason we're using Visine is because the drops are mess free and sterile, which won't contaminate your shadow with bacteria)
Step 2: Once you have a nice and smooth consistency, dab an eyeliner brush ( Smashbox #21) in the shadow and eye drop mixture and line the eyes!
You can use this trick with any eye shadow that you have!!
